About this role
The Advisor: Leaves of Absence and Reasonable Accommodations is responsible for the compliance and processing of all employees leaves and accommodations. In addition, this position performs HR-related activities in support of all HR functions and assists the Human Resources Manager and the Senior Advisor of Employee Relations in accordance with Tenderloin Housing Clinic’s (THC) Mission, Core Values, and Customer Service Philosophy.
