About this role
The Rental Assistance Program Manager is responsible for oversight of the Rental Assistance Program that provides advocacy and support for eligible individuals and families funded by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD). They will work directly with Rental Assistance Specialists to provide housing assessments and stabilization plans to individuals and families to help them secure permanent and stable housing. The Rental Assistance Program Manager will work extensively with community agencies as collaborative partners in accordance with Tenderloin Housing Clinic’s (THC) Mission, Core Values, and Customer Service Philosophy.
