About this role
The Desk Clerk Program Manager is a leader in the Property Management Department and is responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day Desk Clerk coverage at all Tenderloin Housing Clinic (THC) properties in accordance with THC’s Mission, Core Values, and Customer Service Philosophy. THC provides property management to over 20 SRO Hotels which are staffed 24 hours a day with 1 to 2 Desk Clerks per shift. This position will oversee and coordinate the hiring, onboarding, scheduling and coverage associated with the Desk Clerks. The Desk Clerk Program Manager directly supervises Floating Desk Clerks and On-Call Desk Clerks and partners with THC’s Supportive Housing Managers to coordinate scheduling of all THC Desk Clerks.
