About this role
The Support Specialist Trainee is responsible for learning the skills necessary to provide a high-quality experience for our clients, with a focus on listening to callers, resolving caller's issues, and promoting a white glove experience for our client and their callers. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle caller's inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
