About this role
Sr. Account Managers have a long-term, relational focus & concentrate on the overall health of the account to ensure long term business. In addition to being responsible for the “Voice of the Customer” to formally communicate & facilitate solutions that help Technimark grow our business; Sr. Account Manager can also have direct management responsibility for other Account Managers depending on the size, scope & complexity of the account. Sr. Account Manager is a highly visible position & in many cases is the “face of Technimark” to our clients, so personal conduct & professionalism are paramount in this role & to our success. Both externally & internally, the Sr. Account Manager is responsible for executing our sales strategy either personally or in concert with their direct reports.
