About this role
Summary: This position is responsible for processing a variety of accounting transactions such as payments, and expenses for Orizon in accordance with the department procedures. Maintains accounting files, checks and verifies data in various databases. Responsibilities: * Enter and balance accounts receivable and/or payables on a daily basis * Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records. * Generates summary sheets to be used by supervisor and/or auditors * Proofs accounting reports for clerical accuracy * Provide accounting and clerical assistance * Allocates expenditures to correct accounts according to departmental procedures * Ensures compliance with company
