About this role
The Site Director will be the primary interface for customer engagement, opportunity development, and front-end program execution of the Aerostar Tillamook business areas (UAS Test Range and specialized aerospace/space inflatable structures) as well as leading TCOM’s Aerostar Business Unit Tillamook site. This role operates at the intersection of business development and program management, working with new customer groups, translating customer requirements into executable plans and coordinating internal teams to deliver aligned solutions. This position is also the onsite representative, ensuring strong customer relationships and alignment with test and operational capabilities.
