About this role
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of TCOM according to production schedule. Duties include generating, reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; pricing and estimating costs for proposal efforts, earned value inputs for all assigned programs; and compiling reports on progress of work, forecasting and maintaining required inventory levels, costs, and devising solutions to production problems. With little assistance from others, devise solutions for variances to the production schedule and present to management. Coordinate and lead other lower classified planners during production and material close out phases of projects.
