About this role
The Corporate Development Associate will play a critical role in advancing Synagro’s strategic inorganic growth initiatives through acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other business development opportunities. Reporting to senior corporate development leadership, this role will assist in evaluating, modeling and supporting execution of transactions that align with Synagro’s long-term growth strategy, expanded capabilities, and strengthen the company’s market position across its environmental and infrastructure services portfolio. This role is well suited for candidates early in their corporate development or finance careers who are looking to build strong analytical, transaction, and business partnering skills in a collaborative environment.
