POSITION SUMMARY An Operator requires familiarity with equipment, procedures, products and the risk and safety issues associated with the job and environment. The individual identifies deficiencies and recommends or performs corrections to assets and procedures to meet performance standards. With increasing experience, the role involves more complex tasks combined with higher levels of decision making and may involve providing guidance and leadership to more junior colleagues.
