About this role
As a Community Outreach Specialist for Swope Health. You will be part of a team that supports the people in our community who need it the most. The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for increasing utilization of MO HealthNet and MC+ programs and promoting primary and preventative healthcare services in order to decrease health disparities. The position also coordinates with programs in the community that promote healthy lifestyles.
