About this role
The Vice President of Operational Excellence & Integrations is a senior executive responsible for performance management, continuous improvement, and post-acquisition integration across the enterprise. This leader builds and leads the organization’s internal Operational Excellence team, driving major enterprise-wide operational initiatives and owning the governance structure that prioritizes, sequences, and executes operational strategy and cost-management efforts across the portfolio. In parallel, the VP leads the seamless integration of acquired companies, systems, processes, and teams.
