About this role
Summary of Position: Offer full support to restaurant servers and bartenders in order to maintain the highest possible guest experience. Takes responsibility for the mechanics of food and beverage delivery, table maintenance, and station maintenance so that servers and bartenders may focus on guest service, placing orders, and building guest relationships. Will also clear and reset tables after guests leave and help maintain dining room condition and appearance. <
