Position Summary The Director of Inpatient Services provides strategic and operational leadership for inpatient clinical departments including the Medical-Surgical unit, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Case Management. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff engagement across inpatient services. The Director collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, ancillary departments, and executive leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. This position oversees clinical operations, staffing, quality outcomes, patient throughput, and care coordination, while supporting the hospital’s strategic goals and performance initiatives.
