JOB TITLE: Float RN GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Float RN is a registered nurse who supports patient care across multiple clinical areas based on daily operational needs. This role provides flexible coverage in Pre-Op, the Operating Room, and PACU, assisting with patient preparation, intraoperative support, recovery care, and patient flow to ensure safe, efficient surgical operations. The float RN maintains competency in all assigned areas and collaborates with the clinical team to support quality care and smooth workflow throughout the center.
