About this role
The Preadmissions Testing Nurse-PAT RN is responsible for implementing the Pre-Op holding record (patients' medical record), and the assimilation of the patients medical record. The pre-admission nurse is also responsible for implementing the nursing process performing needed pre-op testing and providing for the continuity and quality of nursing care for patients. This role will also work periodically in Pre OP/Recovery to support team and patient care REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current RN License. CPR required. ACLS required. PALS required. Minimum one year of clinical experience.
