About this role
JOB PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Technology Supervisor, the IT Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems across all Sunset sites. IT technician is responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, updating systems, maintaining technology inventories up to date, and providing specialized onsite, remote, and over the phone technical support. IT Technician participates in the implementation of technology initiatives, including but not limited to networking, VOIP, device encryption, account management, and collaborates with EHR and Cybersecurity specialists to enable an efficient, secure, and reliable environment for all end-users.
