About this role
The Bilingual Regional Trench Safety & Compliance Trainer delivers high-quality, compliant safety training to customers and employees, with a primary focus on: Excavation Competent Person (Trench) Confined Space Entry (CSE) As a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor, this individual provides instruction on regulatory requirements, safe work practices, and the proper use of trench safety systems and related rental equipment. This role also plays a key part in growing Sunstate’s fee-based safety training business by actively prospecting, developing, and promoting training opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts. The Trainer partners closely with Sales and Operations to support revenue growth, uncover compliance needs, and contribute to regional training goals.
