About this role
Leads and supports the implementation and monitoring of company environmental programs and policies at the site. Ensures compliance with government and environmental regulations (EPA). Manages, implements and monitors all aspects of plant health and safety programs and policies. Ensures compliance with various government (Federal, state and local) safety regulations. Provides technical guidance on safety and environmental issues for the site. Conducts employee training. Completes required federal, state, and local government reports. Assists with response to emergencies, investigates incidents, and recommends corrective actions. Provides active field safety leadership on a regular basis.
