About this role
This position is responsible for managing the Charter Representative Program and leading the Charter Rep Analysts, Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives. This position will design and build out scheduling, performance expectations, quality control tracking, and other aspects of the charter rep program. In addition, they will collaborate with other SCA departments to ensure travel and training of charter representatives is fulfilled. Collaboration and communication with various departments and customers to ensure efficient and effective operations will be required.
