Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, formulate plans, provide direct patient care and supervise Therapy Services Techs and Therapy Assistants within scope of practice. Appropriately document patient progress on a daily basis. Appropriately document patient evaluations and progress for all patients. Send initial evaluations and progress reports in a timely fashion. Complete all duties of a Therapy Services Tech and Therapy Assistant within scope of practice
