Primary Responsibilities
• Design, construct, and maintain test fixtures based on requirements provided by Reliability Engineers to meet defined test objectives
• Troubleshoot test system issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of parts under test and communicate results, concerns, or failures to the responsible engineer
• Perform preventive maintenance to support consistent and repeatable test operation
• Support the development and improvement of test methods, lab standards, and documentation
• Support lab organization and safety standards

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. Qualifications
Required Education
• Associate's degree or better in a mechanical, electrical, or engineering technician related field
Required Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipment such as a DMM
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring & PLC I/O
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and test requirements
• Ability to read and understand schematics
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with engineers
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required)
• 3D modeling in software such as SolidWorks
Preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as SolidWorks Electrical, LabVIEW, or Python is a plus, but not required
