Standard Bus Contracting is currently seeking a Driver Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for the effective training of new employees and the continued education of current drivers. A high attention to detail, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, and a focus on the continuous improvement of safe driving skills are key to success in this role. This position requires an ability to communicate well with tact and diplomacy in confidential matters. This position requires fulfilling training duties in between a regular AM/PM school bus run. Training takes place Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
