SOUTHLAND is currently seeking experienced Class 2S Driver Instructors to join our team. The Driver Instructor is responsible for the effective training of new employees and the continued education of current drivers. In-house training is provided as per the programs, policies and guidelines of SOUTHLAND’s Training Department. This position requires an ability to communicate well with tact and diplomacy in confidential matters. Training takes place Monday through Friday. SOUTHLAND is currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for existing licensed 2S Instructors! Receive $500 following 3 months of employment in the training department and the remaining $500 following 9 months of employment.
