About this role
POSITION SUMMARY: Works closely with manager and marketing colleagues to better leverage bank and third-party data that leads to business and customer insights and segmentations, identifies product and/or service improvements, and drives client acquisition and retention strategies. Responsible for presenting data-driven initiatives/projects and results to executive management and sales managers for consideration as well as assisting in their development and execution. Collaborates closely with IT and data partners to help mature the bank’s analytic capabilities and reporting tools.
