About this role
Customer Service Agents (CSA) are responsible for answering a large volume of inbound telephone calls related to dental insurance, while following communication scripts, navigating a computer, and handling a wide variety of topics. CSAs will combine excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, work independently and as part of a team. Training may be conducted in-person or virtually, and CSAs must be able to adhere to the Company's Remote Work Policies to be considered for this role. The position is located in Minnesota: Remote (must reside in MN), Hybrid, or On-site (Bemidji or Minneapolis).
