What You'll Do
• Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and basic construction.
• Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions that connect theory to real-world application.

• Keep labs running smoothly and industry-ready.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands-on trade experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
• Comfort with tools, tech, and hybrid learning environments.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.
Preferred Certifications/Licenses
• Certifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.
• Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.
