About this role
The Sr. Director – Sourcing is responsible for leading advanced strategic procurement initiatives and setting a sourcing strategy. They will manage all supplier functions, emphasis upon supplier agreements and contracts. They will have cost reduction targets that they will be responsible for planning and executing. They will lead make versus buy initiatives. They will develop sourcing team members and succession planning.
