The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and continuously evolving the Company’s talent acquisition strategy to support current operations and future growth. This role partners closely with leadership, manufacturing functional leaders, and HR Business Partners to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent across professional, technical, and hourly roles. This leader will build scalable recruiting capabilities, strong talent pipelines, and a compelling employer brand while leveraging data, technology, and market insights to drive hiring outcomes.
