Job Description
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations, resolving concerns, and ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up • Partner with HR leadership to promote a positive and compliant work environment across corporate teams • Maintain and manage employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, attendance, and policy interpretation • Support corporate team members in goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, programs, and procedures • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (including ADA, EEOC, FMLA, etc.) • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on HR systems, reporting, and benefits-related matters • Serve as a resource to employees regarding benefits, HR systems, and employee self-service tools • Process employment verifications and respond to internal and external requests for information • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for corporate leadership to support decision-making • Support organizational development initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement efforts • Participate in special projects and corporate HR initiatives as assigned Qualifications
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-site environment • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices • Experience supporting performance management processes and coaching leaders • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a high level of confidentiality • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in policy development and implementation preferred Education
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
