About this role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Adult Behavior Supports using internal and external systems to design and implement behavior support plans for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in socially significant consequences. Duties will include conducting initial behavioral assessments, providing behavior treatment with protocol modification, writing Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) summary reports and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and training primary caregivers and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on the implementation of BSP procedures.
