About this role
The Behavior Support Training Specialist will deliver live classroom training on topics related to Behavior Supports/Philosophy related trainings including Mandt and Positive Behavior Supports. They will also consult, observe and collaborate on strategies to assist individuals supported in the progression of personal goals. Supports will include consultation, monitoring, and implementing Behavior Support Plans as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This will include educating staff on a variety of techniques and strategies that provide universal supports of positive behavior. This position will split their time, spending approximately 50% of the time as a classroom Trainer and 50% of the time as an RBT within the Behavior Services Department.
