The Recruiting Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Recruitment function. They help to ensure a smooth and positive experience for applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team. The individual in this role will work with the Recruiting Team to monitor the status of open positions, review applications, and conduct prescreening calls. They will also assist with onboarding and ensuring departments are ready to welcome new employees.
