Start your healthcare career as a Nursing Assistant in Training with no experience required. In this role, you will receive paid, hands-on training while providing compassionate care to residents through daily support such as personal care, mobility, and meals, all while building meaningful relationships. We offer NEW starting wages of $21.66-25.77 based on experience, plus $2/hour evening and $3/hour overnight shift differentials. Full and part-time opportunities are available, along with advancement into a Trained Medical Assistant role. Receive a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for non-certified applicants, plus we cover all payments for certification.
