About this role
We are seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal to join our Trial & Appellate (Litigation) Group. We need candidates who can respond quickly to shifting demands and thrive while working under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate would have some previous IP Litigation experience but we're willing to train folks with Litigation experience in other practice areas. Successful paralegals in our Trial & Appellate Group are able to deliver a high-quality work product and work independently with minimal supervision. This position is hybrid from the D.C. area with in-office presence as needed. We would expect travel to trial locations, depending on trial schedules.
