In Kazan, Provectus has successfully implemented “teal” management (i.e. operates as teal or turquoise organization). This basically means that we do not have senior employees, managers, and their subordinates. All employees are free to make decisions on their own.
Requirements
• Spark - Python/Scala
• Map/reduce

• Strong skills in SQL
• BI Tools (tableu, Metabase)
• Programming: functional programming, sbt, Python 3.6, pip
• DevOps (common understanding): docker, Kubernetes, ci/cd (Jenkins, gitlab ci)
