About this role
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour. The Customer Relations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our restaurateur customers across North America. This is a high-volume, phone-based role where team members spend approximately 80%–90% of their day making outbound calls to existing customers. The focus is on expressing appreciation for their loyalty, ensuring satisfaction, and providing knowledgeable product support. In addition, the Customer Relations Specialist handles inbound calls, assisting customers with product and business-related inquiries. Our team takes pride in delivering excellent service by answering all incoming calls promptly within three rings.
