About this role
The Director of Development is the lead fundraiser and team manager of the Foundation’s Development team, within our Advancement Department. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, this role will design and implement a multi-year data-informed, multi-channel fundraising strategy to expand philanthropic revenue from individual, corporate, and foundation sources. This role oversees individual giving, institutional fundraising, donor engagement, and planned giving, while managing and personally growing a portfolio of major donors, to strengthen and grow charitable revenue.
