The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of individual donors and prospects with the ability and affinity to make significant philanthropic investments. This role is focused on building authentic relationships, advancing donors through a disciplined moves management process, and securing major gifts in alignment with organizational priorities. This is a frontline fundraising role focused on donor engagement and revenue generation, and operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic responsibility within a structured fund development operation.
