About this role
The Infrastructure Team Supervisor effectively leads three of our core technical disciplines: Systems, Network and Security Operations. This team is responsible for the design, implementation and support of data center technologies throughout the STAR footprint. The team is also directly responsible for managing vulnerabilities, responding to potential cyber threats, and ensuring a high level of network security for all supported systems. A successful Infrastructure Team Supervisor has technical leadership strength in one or more IT disciplines and can coach team members with different technical backgrounds. As the leader for the team, you are responsible for 24x7 operation of infrastructure throughout the data centers and branch locations.
