About this role
The Technology Support Supervisor is responsible for management of STAR’s IT Service Desk, which includes the End User Support and Endpoint Administrator teams. This role oversees the capture of all incoming IT requests through the phone and web-based portals. This role ensures all requests are addressed in a timely manner, assist in the escalation of certain requests or incidents to higher levels of support, and work with staff to develop procedures that implement IT best practices. Additionally, they monitor requests and measures for SLA compliance, proper documentation, and overall service excellence.
