About this role
The Universal Banker serves as a trusted resource by opening and maintaining SBSU accounts, assessing financial needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. This role provides exceptional customer service by resolving concerns, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer in accordance with bank policies. Using the SBSU VALUE Blueprint, the Universal Banker builds relationships, identifies referrals, and supports branch growth. The position utilizes CRM tools and the 2-2-2 Follow Up program to ensure engagement, accurate documentation, and personalized service while supporting branch operations and community outreach. This position will be M-F 10-7 with some rotating Saturdays (10-4) at our Cedar City South Interchange branch.
