Mental Health Support Worker
LOCATION: Wrexham PAY RATES: £14.50 per hour Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available

What You’ll Do
Deliver person-centred care within supported living accommodation. Promote independence and positive risk-taking. Support with daily living skills, health management, and social inclusion. Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in mental health or social care (preferred). Empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to encourage independence and social inclusion. Full driving licence desirable.
