About this role
The Corporate Trainer will be a Brand ambassador and must demonstrate and uphold the Chicken Salad Chick culture at all times. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for training franchise owners, managers and team members in their respective roles so they can provide every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory. This person will learn all Brand standards, follow them and inspire others to do the same. The Training Department seeks to continuously improve its methods and materials and feedback from the Corporate Trainer will be essential in achieving this goal.
