The RoleWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to become Clark's first dedicated recruiting owner.
This person will land early, run all hiring waves, and protect hiring velocity from day one. You will own sourcing, recruiter coordination, candidate experience, hiring process design, funnel management, and the day-to-day execution needed to help Clark scale the team without compromising quality.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who can combine recruiting execution with strong operating discipline.

What You'll DoOwn Clark's recruiting pipeline across all active roles
Build and manage the hiring tracker, recruiting cadence, and weekly reporting
Source candidates directly across engineering, AI, GTM, CS, infrastructure, and audit-domain roles
Manage external recruiting firms and hold them accountable to quality and velocity
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and candidate communications
Improve candidate experience from first touch through close
Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and domain roles
Track conversion, bottlenecks, and hiring risks across the funnel
Help close exceptional candidates by tailoring the Clark narrative to their motivations
Who You Are4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or highly selective technical teams
Strong sourcing ability and comfort with outbound recruiting
Excellent written communication and candidate management
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Able to manage many roles and stakeholders at once
Comfortable building processes from scratch
