Account Management is a key driver of customer success and long-term growth within our business - and when new opportunities open up, we want to connect with the right people. What does this mean in practice? When relevant roles become available, you will be among the first to be contacted. This is not an active job opening. We are not launching a selection process at this stage, but your profile will be reviewed and kept in our talent pipeline.
What do Account Management roles look like with us? As part of our Account Management team, you would work in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment, partnering with existing customers and being responsible for:
• Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers at multiple levels;
• Identifying account growth opportunities, including upsell and cross‑sell across your portfolio;
• Understanding customers’ business objectives and aligning our solutions to support their goals;
• Leading commercial conversations and delivering solution presentations;
• Collaborating closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
• Managing and maintaining a structured pipeline of opportunities.
We’d love to connect with you if you:
• Have experience in account management, customer success, or sales, ideally within software or SaaS environments;
• Enjoy managing and growing existing customer relationships in a target-driven setting;
• Are commercially minded, persuasive, and relationship-oriented;
• Work in a structured way and are comfortable using tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
