Starkey is hiring for a HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters. This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a large-scale rooftop HVAC system across a multi-building campus. This role ensures reliable heating and cooling performance, supports system upgrades, and maintains optimal temperature balance for occupied spaces and critical IT environments. This position will maintain the building in regard to electrical, plumbing, general repairs, and property grounds as needed. 1st shift 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, includes a full benefits package and 4 weeks PTO.
