About this role
The Retail Real Estate & Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, negotiation, and administration of a national retail office lease portfolio consisting of more than 350 locations. This role oversees the full real estate transaction lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and terminations, with a focus on optimizing occupancy costs and aligning real estate decisions with business objectives. The position regularly engages with executive leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and updates on portfolio performance and serves as a strategic advisor to regional leadership on leasing decisions and portfolio strategy.
