Responsibilities
• Monitor and communicate health needs to staff, families, and providers
• Administer medications and oversee treatments as ordered
• Respond to incidents and changes in health status
• Collaborate on psychotropic medication reviews
• Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)
• Provide direct care and general nursing services as needed
• Ensure medical supplies are stocked and available
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
• DD Waiver experience preferred
• Pass background check (criminal history, APS/CPS)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Physically able to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs.
