Chart Type: General Surgery Profee or Facility: Profee Coding Productivity Expectation: 10 per hour Systems Used: EPIC with 3M 360 Credential Requirement: CPC,COC,CIC,CCA,CCS,CCS-P,RHIT or RHIA Work Schedule: M-F typical business hours Additional Notes: Coder will be coding diagnosis, E&M and CPTs for these accounts.
